Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of imleverage.com (the “site”), which is operated by IM Leverage. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who may use the site
The site is written for businesses evaluating a lead-generation partnership with IM Leverage. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit children to use it.
What the site is
The site describes IM Leverage’s services: we build and run websites that people use when they are ready to buy, qualify the inquiries those sites receive, and deliver exclusive leads to business partners in real time.
Nothing on the site is an offer, and nothing on it binds IM Leverage. Statements on the site describe how IM Leverage operates, not results you are promised. A partnership exists only when it is written down and signed: until a written partner agreement is signed by both parties, there is no deal.
Partner accounts and the Lead Hub
The Lead Hub (portal.imleverage.com) is the partner portal. Accounts are invite-only and are created by IM Leverage when a partnership goes live; there is no public signup.
- Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
- We may suspend or end portal access, for example when a partnership ends or an account is used in a way these terms or the partner agreement do not allow.
- Lead deliveries, pricing, return terms and everything else about the commercial relationship are governed by your separate written partner agreement, not by these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or copy content from the site with automated tools without our written permission;
- probe, scan, attack, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, or attempt to gain access we have not granted you;
- submit spam, unrelated solicitations, or misrepresentations through the contact form;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
The calculator and estimates
The lead-economics calculator on the site produces an estimate based on the figures you enter. It is not a quote and it is not a projection of your results. IM Leverage makes no guarantee of results, volume, or lead quality. Close rates vary by vertical, territory, and how fast your team picks up the phone.
Contact-form submissions
When you submit the contact form, the information you send must be accurate and must be yours to share. We may reply or not; a submission does not create any obligation on either side. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The IM Leverage name, the logo mark, the design of this site, and the copy on it belong to IM Leverage. You may view the site and print or share pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use of our name or marks needs our written permission first.
Third-party links and services
The site links to services we do not control, including the partner portal on a separate subdomain, and loads web fonts from Google. Those services are provided by their own operators under their own terms, and IM Leverage is not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the site accurate and available, we serve it over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete at any moment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IM Leverage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and IM Leverage’s total liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed $100.
Disputes about delivered leads, pricing, or any other part of an actual partnership are governed by the written partner agreement, not by this section.
Changes to the site and to these terms
We may change the site, its features, and these terms at any time. When we change these terms, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change takes effect means you accept the changed terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
