IM Leverage runs imleverage.com for businesses that want qualified leads. This page explains what we collect through this site and through the partner portal, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Who we are and what this covers
IM Leverage (short for Internet Marketing Leverage) is the company behind this site. We build and run websites that people use when they are ready to buy, qualify the inquiries those sites produce, and deliver them to business partners in real time.
This policy covers personal information handled on imleverage.com and, when it goes live, the invite-only partner portal at portal.imleverage.com. It does not cover the consumer-facing websites where people ask about services. Those sites collect consumer inquiries and have their own privacy policies.
imleverage.com is a business site for potential partners. It is not directed to children, and it is not a consumer service.
What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter there: your name, your company, your work email, your phone number (optional), the category of service you sell, the range of leads you could handle per month, your territory, and your message.
Information collected automatically when you submit a form
When a form is submitted, we also record the IP address we see for you (the real client address behind our content delivery network), your browser's user-agent string, the page the form was submitted from, the page that referred you, and a timestamp.
What this page does not collect
This page sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party widgets beyond the fonts described below.
Fonts
The page loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those fonts, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google as part of that request.
Site infrastructure
The site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery network and security service. Cloudflare and our web server process request data such as your IP address and request headers in order to deliver the site and protect it. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies for that purpose.
The partner portal
portal.imleverage.com is invite-only. Partner accounts are created by IM Leverage; there is no public signup. The portal is not live yet, and until it ships it shows a holding page. When it is live, it will handle the email address you sign in with, a hashed (not readable) version of your password, strictly necessary session cookies, and activity logs.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to reply to you and to evaluate whether a partnership is a fit.
We use the technical information collected when you submit a form — the IP address, browser user-agent, page URL, referrer, and timestamp — to protect the form from spam and abuse and to keep an accurate record of each inquiry.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that run parts of this site and deliver the contact form. They process it on our behalf for the purposes described above. They are:
- Cloudflare — content delivery network and security. It serves the site and helps protect it from attacks.
- Postmark — email delivery. It delivers the email copy of your message to our team when it is configured for our sending domain. When Postmark is not configured, the message is sent through our web server's own mail system instead.
- Google — web fonts, as described above.
- Our web hosting provider — hosts the server that stores form submissions and runs the site.
We do not sell personal information collected through imleverage.com, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions, and the technical details recorded with them, for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records.
Cookies and similar technologies
imleverage.com does not set cookies itself. The page sets no cookies of its own.
Our content delivery network, Cloudflare, may use technical security cookies as part of protecting the site.
When the partner portal goes live, it will use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. Those cookies are set by the portal, not by this page.
If you block cookies in your browser, the public site will keep working. The portal needs its session cookie to keep you signed in.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information described here, and the site is served over HTTPS.
Contact form submissions are stored in private storage on our web server, outside the public web folder and with owner-only file permissions, before any email is attempted.

Your choices and rights
Residents of some U.S. states have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing.
IM Leverage does not sell personal information collected through imleverage.com.

Children
imleverage.com is a business site and is not directed to children. The consumer websites where people seek services are separate from this site and have their own policies. If you have a concern about information a child may have sent through this site, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what it describes changes, and we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
